We support daily life, not medicine

JOJU CARE is not a hospital and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. What we care for is the daily life beside treatment — meals, rest, mind, caregiving, and the home. Health decisions should always be made with your own care team.

Every answer and article is reviewed by an Advisor

Answers to community questions and every article in our Learn hub pass Advisor review before publication. Answers are issued in the name of JOJU CARE — not any individual — and always stay within general lifestyle information.

Suggestions always come from the platform

Product and content suggestion cards shown alongside answers are always “Suggested by JOJU CARE.” Advisors never recommend products personally, and suggestions come only from an internally approved catalog. This is how we structurally prevent conflicts of interest.

We don’t collect what we don’t need
