A marketplace is only as good as what it refuses to list.
JojuCare grew out of two live care marketplaces serving cancer patients and their families. We carried over the part that mattered most: a review queue that blocks a listing until its paperwork, labelling and regional legality all check out.
01Seller due diligenceBusiness registration, manufacturing site and care-category fit reviewed by the regional MD before any account is issued.
02Certificate reviewRaw-material certificates and test reports are attached per listing and checked against the ingredient claim.
03Language screeningAutomated plus manual blocking of treatment and cure claims, in every storefront language.
04Regional legalityEach region carries a regulatory profile — permitted ingredients, import limits, prohibited goods — applied at listing and again at checkout.
What our advisors are, and are not
Care advisors review questions and answers for accuracy and safety. They do not diagnose, prescribe or treat. Every published answer is issued under the JojuCare name rather than an individual practitioner, and carries a reminder to consult your treating clinician.
This is a deliberate constraint, not a limitation of scope. It is what lets us operate the same content model across markets with very different medical-advertising rules.
